Authlogics Exchange Agent

To increase login security, the Authlogics Exchange Agent integrates directly with Microsoft Exchange Server providing varying risk-appropriate methods of Multi-Factor Authentication instead of the traditional password-based authentication. The agent installs directly on the Exchange server and does not require any additional infrastructure, reverse proxy servers or ADFS servers to function.

With a choice of PINgrid, PINphrase, PINpass and YubiKey Multi-Factor Authentication methods, users can have simple and secure login access to Outlook Web App (OWA) and Exchange Administrative Centre. The Authlogics Exchange Agent provides different levels of risk-appropriate authentication, from a convenient Deviceless OTP authentication when using a separate device is not possible, to a robust MFA solution. If logging in with a password is not required it can be disabled allowing for a fully passwordless OWA login experience.

Authlogics Exchange Server Agent can dynamically recognise which users have been enabled for MFA and can allow non-MFA users to login with their traditional Active Directory username and password if required – without deploying a parallel set of Exchange servers. This makes it easy to transition users over to MFA or to simply add MFA protection to high-risk user accounts.
